Some swimmers will say Hypoxic exercises are the most difficult drills in swimming, what if you swim without air, increase your pace and swim 200 m?

What happens to your  body if the 50 m fast is in butterfly or breaststroke?

Last but not least, what if you need to increase your 200 m freestyle after hypoxic exercises and 50 fast?

The main thing in this amazing masters swimming workout is that you will get more and more air from every set, you will love it and hate it all at the same time.

 

Learn to speed and glide after hypoxic exercises and speed.

400 worm up- breathe every 3, 5, 7

6x75m – 25 (order of I.M) 25 fast, 25 min strokes 15″ rest

4X50 dolphin kick under water (25 m on the back, 25 face down)

6X300 {50 no breathing(or as less as possible), 50 fast(Order of I.M) +200 increasing pace 1-3 in every 200 m} Send of time of 45″ after each 300 m

100 slow

300 m All out in freestyle

3X200 paddles 65% 20″

100 slow

** it is possible to swim the 3X300 all in freestyle and 4-6X300 the 50 in I.M

**in order to elongate your muscles loosen your lower back and succeed in the 300 m fast, try to swim the first 50 in all the 200 very long and loose.
