Lesson number 3 – Breathing
Our goal is not to try breathing before you got all the other elements down.
We started to work on turning a full 180 degrees in the water, so that we are floating on our back’ keeping our hand close to our ear to make the return to the water as smooth as possible. The important thing is to let the stretch facilitate the roll, without creating stress to the neck. Once you can do this easily, turning 90 degrees to breathe should come very easily to you. Make sure you don’t work with your core muscles, but instead you let the stretch turn you body.
