Dana Eden Treating lower back during pregnancy with WEST swimming technique

Dana Eden” When you stop being a professional swimmer you have to adjust your swimming technique to your body and age”

My name is Dana Eden Sh’hori and I’m a former professional swimmer and a national record holder in 200 breaststroke and 400 I.M.

I participated in several European championships as well as world championships.

I was a swimmer since I can remember myself and swam most of my life.

As a professional swimmer I aimed to swim as fast as I could and led my body to it’s limits.

Throughout the years I was swimming on and off and what I came to realize is that I need to adjust my swimming technique to my abilities nowadays.

I’m also a mother now and about to become a mom for the second time.

During the pregnancy my body changed all the time and I need to adjust my technique as I go.

Swim WEST technique was amazing for me, I didn’t think I can learn so many new things, in such a short period, and the most important thing, in this pregnancy I can sleep and I don’t feel my lower back, I can enjoy swimming like I never enjoyed it before.

WEST swimming technique was so easy for me to learn, and after a week I felt a big difference, little things such as loosening my palm or stretching my hand slowly cured my lower back pain, I had no more cramps at knight during my pregnancy and I felt amazing with my new technique, and I know my daughter in my belly felt the same 🙂
